These courses represent really good value for money. They are easy to use and very informative.
Detailed information provided in a simple to follow and understand format. Only one negative issue found, the content states that the responsible person must complete a risk assessment, rather than the responsible person must ensure that a competent person completes the fire risk assessment.
Visualisation was helpful to remember certain concepts.
During sections of the course the video froze and had to moved on to next section. Frustrating.
