Development point - Even though I followed the instructions to keep the online training to automatically fit my screen size. On some of the sections and when taking the test, I couldn't see the continue button to go on so had to click on the reload button.
I found this course to be both informative and enjoyable.
very good course. Informative and useful. Easy to understand. Practical things advised to do and take care. Made uou aware of fire hazards that were not aware of beofor this training.

The course is clear and mostly easy to remember thanks to the use of plenty of pictures! However there's far too much 'waffle' and the course takes 3 times longer to do than it should due to having to listen to the introductory spiel and chat from fire officers. Most people completing this course will be doing it at work and will want to get through it as quickly as possible. Many will switch off during the 'chat' or fast forward to the next slide. All you really need is the basics and the rest could be ditched (in my opinion!)
