I have previously hired a "specialist" to deliver this course, but this was far superior in the amount of information, relevance, and clarity. My comment would be that it took much longer than the 84 minutes suggested, nearer to 2 hours, but then I did make sure I had understood all the information. I would recommend this as a course for our company to adopt.
Very informative course particularly helpful information on fire extinguishers etc. The course was a bit long though, and hard to complete with interruptions at your desk.

My initial thought was that 80+ minutes is a long time for an on-line course, however due to the ease of use I was able to split it into two sections. One of the fire officers had a 'relaxing' voice, shall we say, which is not conducive to keeping your attention in an 'on-line' training situation, however the main presenter and the officer demonstrating the use of the extinguishers toward the end of the course kept my attention throughout. The thought of being met with an emergency fire situation is daunting but after this course I feel more confident to follow the correct procedure.
For such an important subject , It was easy to follow.
