I enjoyed this course because is was structured and focused on the main things I needed to know without too much complicated language and detial that would be difficult to remember.

Overall, one of the best short online training programmes experienced. Good mixture of media to maintain interest. I think some of the graphics had been updated and improved since I last completed the session.

Good informative course, but two errors in contents. 1) Using water extinguishers on electrical fires may cause death by electric shock, it can't electrocute!! This is the will full taking of life using electricity hence ELECTRICITY + EXECUTION = ELECTRUCUTION2) The section on smoke detectors inform that all detectors should have the batteries changed yearly. This is actually inaccurate as all smoke detectors fitted today must be hardwired with battery backup or if battery powered must have a 10 year sealed battery installed. I appreciate there are still some old detectors available and in use, but believe it important to have all information accurate, up-to-date and true.Thanks for an enjoyable course..

this was an easy to use, clear to understand online course, with helpful videos and diagrams to support the subject. helpful that you could go back into it to continue, so it was easy to fit into my working day, and able to get your certificate straight away.

As a qualified level 4 trainer, I found this format very easy to use and the information accurate and up to date. I will certainly be recommending ihasco to my colleagues and senior management team.

Loved the interviews, demonstrations but most of all the real life film of how people don't react to fire alarms and even a fire in the shop that was set off by arson.
