Really informative training programme. Easy to follow and love the fact you don't have to read much, the video talks through everything, in detail.
This is a very good course. I found it very informative and useful in everyday life whether at work or home. The important thing is to keep calm and in control of the situation and remember the essential elements to ensure people's safety.

Good use of graphics and information films
Excellent, informative training that made use of different media types to engage the trainee. Only suggestion is that more interactive quiz based tests could be used as part of the learning to match fire types with fire extinguisher types. That would have helped me get the types of each into my head more.
