I think it's a good training programme but I think would be helpful to be practically shown how to use fire extinguishers, if a fire was to happen in real life then I think being shown a video is not enough. I think the course gives you good knowledge though.

This course is clear, concise, easy to use and follow. Gives you the opportunity to return to areas should you need to for whatever reason. It is not too time consuming. I would recommend this course.
