I found the training very informative with an excellent range of learning methods. For example visual and audio with a summary at the end in the form of writing. The information was just the right amount of information helping to explain things clearly. A few issues in regards to having to re-start the sections when I pressed paused. Not sure if this was a glitch but it happened almost every time I used it which was annoying.Overall very good.
I found this training very effective and user friendly. The prospect of completing the training is quite daunting for someone like me who does not have a Health & Safety background, however, this training was a lot more engaging than I expected. Furthermore, it was not littered with jargon or superfluous information. Things were explained in plain English and the important aspects reinforced. I also liked its matter of fact approach which did not sensationalise or dramatise the potential risk of fire but got the point across in a measured, effective and pragmatic way.

The training has really enhanced me on how to evacuate people from the building in case of any emergency and how to protect myself and colleagues from danger.
I enjoyed this course - I found it very informative. However it's very long and an option to complete it in more than one session would have been good.
Not clear what to do when you get to the end of the test - didn't see option to print certificate - took the test twice as only option on screen was "retake test" even though I got 100% both times.

Good use of experts discussing fire safety issues and technical use of extinguishers. Also good video of behaviours around fire alarms. It was very interesting and not boring. Well done 10/10
