I had to resort to reading the transcript because, despite all volumes being up to maximum I still couldn't hear the commentary, and my ear phones were no better.
enjoyed how easy it was to do the course in the workplace, and thought that the whole fire warden scenario was covered very thoroughly first class

A very clear and comprehensive course. Good presenter. Not too much jargon. Well presented use of fire extinguishers.
Presenters were extremely clear and concise giving to the point explanations. Instructions and definitions were clear and demonstrations were to the point and easy to follow. It was good to go back to any area where you needed clarification when doing the test. Overall a really good training package.
