As a comparison, this course is far, far better considered and constructed that others that I have been led to undertake.
Easy to understand with clear and concise information along with the summaries after each section.
Presenter was good and additional new material was of interest - the Stop Drop and Roll to extinguish burning clothing in particular. Found having to click next 57 times was a little annoying. I would prefer the option to stop at any time and go back rather than have to move it forward manually.

It took 3 days of slowly waiting for each slide to load, freeze, unfreeze etc to get through this. Really poor service. Actual content good-informative, to the point.
