Informative and easy to follow. The course made really good use of videos to illustrate the issues that can occur during fire evacuations and also in how to use the different types of fire extinguishers.

The course flowed brilliantly from start to finish. I was able to pause and take notes throughout which helped me with the final test. The notes will also have practical use for me on the job.

The video was very clear and easy to follow. My only point is when you take the test,why don't you have a system that you can flag the question you are stuck on so that at the end of the test you are able to review the missed questions ?
