EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND FOLLOW
Very good basic information on causes of fire and fire fighting. Making people more aware of their surroundings and possible hazards.
Easy to follow, couldn't find a way of turning on subtitles. Considering I was using a PC with no sound capabilities, this meant I missed some of the visual training (i.e. signage) whilst reading the transcript. This meant having to go through most sections twice. Other than that it was a fairly thorough course.
A very simple to understand course that gets the message across succinctly and clearly.

concise and informative good set up and short bite sized pieces
Very well set out course and presented very clearly. Very useful seeing practical demonstrations of the different fire extinguishers and an insight into typical human behaviour when the fire alarm goes off.
