I found the course very easy to attend in the space of my choosing, simple to follow and easy to understand and complete the multiple choice test. The course covered all the essential items to know and be aware about.

the videos were short but packed with information and were well presented. They were easy to understand and gave you just the information you needed to know. i found it very easy to go through the course and didn't feel like it babbled on. The option to replay the videos is a good feature so if something wasn't quite clear or you got interrupted you could start again and understand the second time around.

The content was clear and informative. It stated it would take 40 minutes to complete - it actually took over an hour and a half. It took forever to load from one screen to the next (I appreciate that could be an internet connection issue). I don't have access to sound on my computer so couldn't listen to the videos and so instead read the transcript. I therefore didn't need to watch the whole length of the video but had to wait for the video to finish before I could skip to the next screen. This meant I spent the majority of the course either waiting for the video to finish or waiting for the next screen to load - this was extremely frustrating and meant I ended up staying at work after I should have finished.
