Good course easy to take information on board. I like the way you can replay each section if you miss or do not get the information the first time its played. All in all a great online course thank you

Although there were elements of new information this course was a repetition of large parts of the fire awareness course which was disappointing as I had only recently completed that course. Watching videos, while initially interesting, became quite monotonous and it was, at times, difficult to remain engaged in the material

I found the course easy to use and the short videos kept my attention whilst providing all the information I needed.

The course was very informative but also didn't take up too much of my day. Very good.

I have now completed a few of these on-line courses and they have all been interesting.This course has increase my confidence about my role.Thank you.

It was split into sections and then broken down again into smaller sections, with a very brief summary at the end of each. Making it easy to follow and take notes on. I got 1 question wrong and would have liked a chance to re-sit (with different questions if necessary) in order to get 100% but was not given the option. Overall I highly recommend the course. you don't have to complete the course in one go, so can fit it around your daily work.
