The training was very well presented in a clear and easy to understand format. All sections were very relevant and explained in layman's terms without any confusing aspects. I would recommend this quality training to other similar businesses.

I had mine so that I could read the subtitles. What I found difficult is when ready the subtitles wording was going over this a blurring out what I was trying to read.

The online training was easy to follow. I managed a 90% however the answers I got wrong were down to poor choices as afterwards I was able to explain why i was wrong. Very well set to easily follow correct.

The training was good, but I found the sound of the videos varied from really quiet to really loud on different ones. This was a little annoying, especially when using headphones as the volume had to be changed from video to video, which took away from the actual learning from the video content.

Some of the multiple choice answers are open to debate when it comes to what is right and what is a multiple choice. I Won't go into it here. I see too the guiding hand of IOSH in some of the comments re. Active and Reactive bias ! No mention either of the need for FW security of the emptied buildings to prevent early re-entry until safe. The training is concise and broken into manageable chunks which are easy to process and review if necessary

A good training video but it takes longer than 40 mins. It look me 1 hour and 10 minutes.
