I perhaps thought that it was a bit too long to retain, recall and or reflect on all the details and information needed to be more than confident at being the fire warden immediately upon completion (and to ensure getting 100 percent in the test.) If the point of the training is success and confidence then would suggest more bite size testing along the way, as well as splitting the learning into two with a test at both ends with a built in opportunity to refresh after 3 or 6 months.
