An excellent online resource. The content was clear and understandable. All in all, a good mix of video, information slides and additional material.

It's a lot of information to take in at once - particularly the information regarding the different types of fire and the different types of extinguisher. This information would have been better given as a leaflet in addition to the course, so that it could be referred to; otherwise it's just relying on memory, which will fade as soon as the course is finished.
This certainly made me aware of things I didn't know and some incorrect ideas I had on extinguishing fires, so overall it was a very useful well presented course suitable or most people.
