Simple and easy to follow.

Informative videos with a test in between every few to keep you on your toes and make sure you are paying attention. Quite enjoyable.

Very informative and easy to follow.

Informative & meets the brief warden

Slight concern over the advice of fresher air being at your feet to avoid the smoke layer; many toxic gases are heavier than air and invisible and would therefore be present in the lower layers of any room and hence if you draw from that area then you are in danger of breathing in toxic gases. It does mention keeping lower but perhaps couching or being on hands and kness may be a better approach to advice in the area of smoke/fire gas layers.

Practical & Useful!

East to follow/understand. Plenty or emphasis on real dangers of fire without frightening people by overdoing the danger element. Informative, factual, with useful visuals of real people enacting scenarios.

Informative, good overview

This was a very easy to follow course. Short slides which were direct and to the point and feel that I am prepared should I need to act as fire warden in an evacuation or drill and be mindful on a day to day basis of the fire risks at work.

Clear and concise

All information was delivered clearly and simply, there is no point over loading people with too much information. The point of being a fire warden is to take quick and decisive action, this course gives you that information.

Easy to follow. Clear Information

The course was informative and was a good refresher for anyone who has the position of a Fire Warden within a business. Good information on how a fire starts and what causes a fire. The course gave details on what to do in the case of a fire emergency and what the responsibilities are for the Responsible Person and the Fire Warden. It also reinforced the use of the different types of fire extinguisher and the conditions where they each should be used.
