As far as training courses go, this was an entertaining and informative one. Especially enjoyed the section with the different fire extinguishers.
I would have liked more room to be able to give a suitable title to my review:-The material was well enough explained but there was little variation between the videos which made it less captivating than I believe could have been the case. The presenters were very clear and concise in their presentation. The most 'interesting' section was to watch the lack of action from the people attending a course when the fire alarm went off. Very interesting study in human nature.
I very much enjoyed refreshing some of my knowledge, but also realised how little am knew in terms of what to do in general fire situations, the types of extinguisher to use on what type of fire very helpful, because I am sure in a real life situation we all would be guilty of not being sure, however now I am very confident of being able to make the correct choice If needed. Thank you for the opportunity to learn.

Content is fine. I'd give it 4 or 5 stars if it was rated on content alone - but for those of us who know all of this already, there really should be a skip/fast-forward option.I wasted an unskippable hour learning nothing new and aced the test. How about a "test first" option with a higher 90% pass rate required and if you fail that you have to rewatch the relevant section(s) before being certified?I can't even fast-forward the transcript and I could have read that whole course in 10 minutes instead of 57 minutes of slides....

A good mix of information, videos and pictures. The host had a pleasant voice and was engaging, the videos were interesting and the segments were informative without overloading you.
