Excellent short & sharp training course that gives exactly the right amount of detail

overall course was very helpful, the videos in the course were very useful. I believe I have learnt a lot during this course and think it would be better if there were a few more questions on the test itself.

Good detailed videos, easy to navigate website. Not compatible with older internet explorer browsers (video does not buffer fully and sound is removed) better used with crome, firefox or newer internet explorer browsers.

Really enjoyed the fire training videos were very detailed and well described teste questions also really good as all related to the training video.

Shame you can't retake the test several times to improve your score ; surely the purpose of the exercise is to learn and get better. The answer stating that only a Fire Warden should report a fire is dubious, surely a fire should be reported as quickly as possible. What do you do if a computer is on fire and you can't find a Fire Warden? Just ignore it?

Presentation was in easy to remember steps, pace was kept steady and questions on end test covered all areas of the presentation but were easily answerable based on what had been presented.
