Was very clear and easy to understand

The course was very informative and did not overload with too much in depth technical stuff - the narrator was clear and precise when describing each of the sections. The videos on the fire drills and how to use extinguishers (if only using one to tackle a small fire !) was good - overall the course was well presented

Covered the topic well. However not much information on metals.. We have many vehicles from all over the EU visit our site and there have been a number of brake fires over the years. Also we have MHE if damaged there could be heated metal surfaces. Maybe a little expansion in this area. Other than that very informative.

The colleague who conducted the talking was very good and clear.
