The course was easy to understand and informative. The use of videos along with the transcript helped the information to sink in. The summaries at the end are useful to give a brief, concise reminder of what you have learnt.

I think the course was clear and comprehensive.

Great content but the mix of user interaction could be better. I didn't feel the need to physically click next on each video after it ran, unless there was a quick question or interaction. Also the sound on my system was clipped for the 1st split second of every video , often cutting out the 1st word of the presenter. maybe due to me using a bluetooth speaker system!

The course was excellent in content and easy to follow but I experienced a problem with the Test when asked to answer questions relating to a "sign" - recognition of what type - the pictures did not load which meant I had no choice but to guess an answer. I was answering questions without a picture to look at.

Given the knowledge that is required for such an important role, I found this course very informative and it was very clearly explained. The visual exercise was extremely helpful and gave a clearer understanding of how procedures should be carried out. I am now more aware of the responsibilities associated with a fire warden and the various types of fire fighting equipment and signs. All in all, a very good course.

well put together, informative, not too long, so as a theory course it was one of the best I have done.
