Having a person present on screen and delivering the course verbally, made it much more easier to follow. It's much preferred instead of large amounts of text and graphs. The time frame to complete was also good.
It was a decent course, obviously these things are never as good vitually as they are in person.
For somebody who has never been a Fire Warden before, this course gives me confidence that I could deal with a fire situation and not panic. The course was very easy to follow and was very clear in its narrative and illustrations.
