Hey I really enjoyed the woman who was presenting the course. I find it hard to concentrate on videos but she was very engaging

Easy to understand
Good use of video, words and questions. Would benefit by a video of the speed of a small fire develops. Backdraught, flashover.

I really enjoyed the course and found it very interesting, course content had very helpful information which I can apply to daily life, not just the workplace. The videos and demonstrations were extremely informative. I enjoyed it so much, I will be doing it again at my leisure just to cement what I have learned.
A good informative course, easy to follow at the right pace, clearly presented with useful demonstrations.
The course could have been held in a group session. Where we could seen how small fires could have been tackled.
The size of the videos, and the sectioning out of these videos, made for a more digestible training. I enjoyed it for this reason. I was able to go back to some sections to make clear / remind myself.
