The videos were too long and too many.(I skipped quiet a few) (But I suppose they needed to be so I don't know why I'm moaning 😊 The web site was easy enough to use though .

Clear and concise training with good use of presentation, visuals etc. It emphasised the importance of the role and what is expected. It was also helpful to be able to watch sections again to recap and ensure that each slide was fully understood. It has prompted me to follow-up certain things with the 'responsible' person - including expectations when the majority of staff are working from home.

I think the course was ok, it was not too long and it was able to explain the subject matter in a way that kept the viewer interested without being repetitive or boring.
