our staff might find some of the "responsibilities" mentioned daunting as they haven't done anything like this to my knowledge. We don't currently do a role call on evacuation due to the number of staff involved. Each area Fire Warden confirms his/her area clear and this is relayed to a central fire warden to tick off, any unclear areas are identified to the lead person to check. is this ok? how would we communicate this difference to our teams taking the course. thanks

I was really happy to complete this course.
This course was well presented and easy to follow. Choice to go back and re-watch after each section and the section were straightforward and not too long and drawn out.
I enjoy the full video and came away with a better understanding of how a fire marshal works
The course covered all the key elements of Fire Warden duties including understanding human behavioral characteristics, but could have explained who is competent to undertake a Fire Risk Assessment.
