Efficient

This was nicely laid out - you couldn't help but learn - with both very short video's and written explanations at the bottom of each video. Short, informative and straight to the point! A nice certificate too. One of the most, if not THE most necessary of training sessions.

5/5
Clear information and interesting visual

The style of training keeps you interested. The information is presented clearly and uses good visuals to help you remember key information.

5/5
Covers everything you need

I am not a fan of online learning as it isn't really condusive to my learning style so I would never give an online package 5 stars however this is as good a package I have completed. Covers all the essential information and not too long.

4/5
Course easy to understand and follow.

I found this course to be easy to follow and understand. In some parts there was a lot of information to try to get straight and remember, so maybe a little mini-test after these meatier sections would be helpful to ensure we understand and can go back and review that section at that stage if we are still unclear. Otherwise I found the training interesting and just detailed enough.

a good refresher - sound / quality very poor though

Very confident about content. Was really

Gain me more insight to safety and reminded me about my responsibilities. It was a very good insight. Very practical indeed. More aware, more cautious now and never before.. Well done for arranging topics.

4/5
Fully comprehensive

A useful refresher course-most in common sense but some of it more technical (eg fire extinguisher types). However I preferred it when we got to use the fire extinguishers for real and then had tea and biscuits at the end of the course (rather than an on-line course!). There is no substitute for hands-on experience!
