The course has a very clear method of delivery. The sections it is broken into are of sufficient size to make worthwhile without being too long to take in one go. The images being mostly photographs are clear in that there is little need to interpret the design or intent. The course is also a very much about what to do and does not get bogged down in complex Legislation which can often be very off-putting.

It has been rewarding to know that these courses are regular and very well explained in the videos to refresh my memory as a fire marshal trainee .

I found this training very informative. I particularly like the area covering staff/clients with disabilities and having a pre-prepared Plan to assist them - this is new to me. In a previous training I was told by The Fire Service that e.g a wheelchair user should wait around for someone to come back and get them. As someone with a mobility disability I found this idea very challenging. The PEEP is definitely something I will bring to my line-management.
