Very informative and enjoyable course good for everyday life as well

I have completed a few of these courses in my time and found that this was the most thorough of them all, a couple of questions I got wrong so didn't get the % I wanted, and it didn't give me the choice to take it again, I did call the office and they allowed me to take it again, now I'm happy 😊 Thank you.

A very good step by step guide . The instruction on people's reaction to a fire alarm I found particularly interesting . As I work in a restaurant in a large garden centre it would have been useful to include a scenario where perhaps a large number of customers were involved , although what to do in the case of a fire would be the same .
