The training clearly explains the types of fire that might occur in the workplace, what action is required and the responsibilities of the Fire Warden. It explains how to tell the difference between a fire you can tackle and one that you can't, and has useful information on personal safety as well as looking after people in the building and getting them safely out.
The video demonstrations were very helpful as was the real life fire alarm scenario of human behaviour.
