I enjoyed the course. The booking process is confusing and the certificate was an example only. I haven't received a certificate in my name?

An informative and digestible course with modern content that was incredibly easy to access and navigate. Easy to print certificate. Wouldn't hesitate in using this LMS again. Great course.

Liked the way you could repeat sections not possible in a room full of delegates in a face to face meeting.

I thought it was lazy to use CGI during the extinguisher segment - that is a missed opportunity to show the realities of these things that most of us never will see used. There is a spelling mistake in one of the final quiz questions, not a 5* result there.

It was a very good course. I do not understand why a male person was the one showing how to use the fire extinguisher rather than a woman. It gives the message that it is a male role. I will think about that in our next videos.
