Very through and mind thinking ones responsibilities

Very clear and easy to understand. Updated to include new things from last year. Videos run longer than the 40 minutes advertised, probably due to extras included.

I found the modules very easy to follow and repeat if necessary and the test was clearly written

downloadable notes, even after the test, would be good for refresher times.

Very professional, I was intrigued to learn about the "water mist" fire extinguisher. I will raise this with our safety team, as it covers a range of fires.

this course is well balanced and easy to follow, I have received a fire warden courses before and I thought this was excellent, clear, good language, small modules. well worth the 2 hours of my time. thank you

One of the best on line courses i have completed. The option of being able to replay the videos and that you can go back and refresh yourself prior to taking the test at the end - i did actually enjoy doing this course!

Clear instruction, good film of how to use a fire extinguisher, useful repetition of key points. Liked how the information was broken down into easily digestible bites, and that it was easy to stop and review. It gave me confidence rather than intimidating me.

I have learnt a lot from this training in respect of the safety side/using of fire extinguishers/correct way of going about evacuation & helping others around you. People matter,work colleagues matter so if you can help save lives then its well worth doing the training. Really enjoyed doing this course.
