Quick and informative.

I found it very useful to understand some of the background which you just accept without thinking about it such as the areas around conduction, convection, radiation etc. Some good practical things to think about such as what each type of signage means and what to do in the real world such as one extinguisher only or don't tackle the fire.A good course overall, very useful.

I felt that the course was very well delivered, the fact that it was broken down into short video clips, followed by a screen showing a precis of the video made it far easier to follow than a handful of long drawn-out videos. This made it far easier to pick up the relevant information.

I found the course to be excellent in the information it gave me. I loved the fact that if you missed something or were not quite sure you were able to go back into the course and listen again. The instructor talking you though the course was very clear and the way the information is passed on to the listener is easy to understand. I would recommend to anyone who asked me.
I like the summary of each video and the ability to test your knowledge at the end
It was long but all info was relevant and useful - the visuals and narration was non patronising a concise - a good experience - would feel more confident in fire situation.
