it was really eye opening to see the behavior of people to the sound of fire alarm. the course has inspired me to be confident about my concern and take the lead if needed.
It helps to have a refresher to remind you of the importance of the Fire Warden - and the bit on the fire extinguishers was very useful. I had forgotten that there was a class of water extinguisher that you can use on an electrical fire (I would personally prefer not to do that!)
Basic but a useful refresher on a few things that we should all know.
Easy course to follow. Good that you can re watch each segment if you not sure about it. Good clear information.
Great course, very intresting and well set out and fab demos
