The course was full of useful of good and knowledgeable information which was easy to understand and follow which meant it was easy to follow and give you all the correct information which you needed for the test at the end.
I think we need more update on our specific building that we work in and making sure everyone knows what to do in that building and making sure any new or agency staff have to read before shift so they know the situation
The Fire warden course was very informative. I gained some useful knowledge that will help me not only in an emergency but also in my day to day role at Trinity House. The course was well laid out and easy to comprehend.
Steady pace ,make notes and can pause if disturbed .A good refresher.
