This took longer than the 40 minutes expected. I feel it would benefit from having more questions throughout the video information sections, as well as at the end. The change of presenters was a little distracting. One woman presented about 90% of the content but then two others came in about 2/3 of the way through. It was fine otherwise.

A very useful and clear training program which should be accessible to all staff.
The course was well put together. Clear and concise. It was broken down into logical sections.
