I found the course easy to follow, very clear and concise. No jargon or unnecessary content.

This course reiterated the fire awareness course but with the added roles and responsibilities of a fire warden. I don't think I will remember what extinguisher to use on what type of fire but at the same time I don't think I will have time to make sure people are evacuating the office and then start to put the fire out.

As I only started about weeks ago this course reiterated the fire awareness course that I did as part of the initial training but also went into roles and responsibilities of a fire warden - good course

The course was useful and one that I am was happy to do on line rather than face to face. To assist the learner I feel that you should extend the learning time from 40min to 75min (although today it took me 100min). Frustratingly for the first quarter of the course the videos were sticking. This may well be to due to the wifi reception. Professional made and delivered. Thank you

Have really appreciated these courses as they have made me much more aware of how to keep myself and those around me safe in my working environment. The whole course has highlighted how taking simple steps can avoid a potential catastrophe. I've worked in in a warehouse, at a garage as a mechanic, a ride supervisor at a theme park, and as loader on recycling wagons. My current employer, Yorwaste, makes it mandatory to watch your videos and pass your tests-which makes me feel that they take health and safety seriously. I've learned a lot from your programme, and I believe that I'm better equipt to do my job more professionally because of it.
