A very clear, easy to understand course. Gives enough detail in small bite sized chunk but doesn't blind you with science.
a really good course to do, learned a few things what i did not know about, very good and should be rolled out to all staff not just black hats
It would be good to be able for Fire Wardens to actually tackle fires with extinguishers so that it builds there confidence if they are in the unfortunate position of having to tackle a fire for real. I did this with the fire brigade and to see what happens to the hot oil when a tiny drop of water added gave me a Insight into why the right extinguisher's should be used

Full of information that's really useful to know. I didn't realise that there were so many different ways to use extinguishers. If a fire were to happen in my building, I'm confident that I'll be able to stay calm and help my colleagues to safety.
