Clear and well-structured into manageable sections - with great examples - especially the videos of people ignoring the alarm, how to use the extinguishers and the additional resources (summaries, charts etc). Improvements - I found the audio volume quite low and couldn't see if I could increase it. Also, at least 3 answers to the quiz showed up as wrong when they weren't (I have screenshots I'll happily share), so I had to go back and retake it to get my goal of 100% - probably not a bad thing, but it took up valuable time, which was a bit frustrating. It worked in the end. Finally, I like having the certificates.
A clear and easy to follow training course, I should have used the re-cap for the section I was unsure of instead of guessing and I might have got 100 % !
Very well presented covering in detail the topics concerned. A great refresher for those that are already Fire wardens and informative for those that wish to be.
The course is very clear, and not too many words. The sections are split well, and everything is explained without it being too long. Good demonstrations how to use the Fire extinguishers too, and clear for safety of ourselves as Fire Warden that if the Fire will need more than 1 extinguisher do not attempt to put it out yourself. Great course.
The training is right to the point. And exactly what is expected of afire WARDEN
i found this very good, very informative however i think it would have been a good idea to be able to print some of the information off just incase you need to refer to anything in future ie: something with the fire extinguisher information just like a little booklet to refer to really but yeah really great

helpful in the department I work in, straight to the point
It feels like the most important point are not the one that are being repeated over and over. The questions is the test mostly refer to mere details and very easily forgettable information.
