Good coverage of subject matter delivered in an informative and easy to understand manner.
I really enjoyed the course it was informative without being too over whelming - easy to follow and instructors were very clear and precise
Clearly defines the proactive and reactive duties - which is where some people may have been confused between Marshal and Warden (which is valid in USA). Easy to follow and our procedures nearly mimic - bar the daily exit checks. Especially like the clear definition on the 1 extinguisher, small fire rule. Like the useful downloads and like to the REGs, though an actual link to the Scotland Regs would also be good, since we have have sites there. Like the ability to go back to a certain point in the video using the transcript, good mix of visuals, written and spoken (incl. languages - to cover all learning styles.
