More interactive sections, identifying types of heat transfer, matching fire extinguisher to type of fire etc. When talking about 'Class C fires' it would be useful to also remind the listener what a class C fire is. Would be better if known parts could be completed more quickly to allow for more time on parts which need refreshing.
