Easy to follow course

Very easy to follow course and information is passed on clearly.

helpful and educational

the course is very helpful for our work and can provide too many information about fire and how to protect, help and save your self and others at your work place.

Very thorough and well presented.

Excellent presentation and covers all aspects. However, I think it unreasonable to expect anyone to know which fire extinguisher to use in an emergency, other than in the kitchen, where the right extinguisher for grease, etc. and a blanket can be made available, and unless the fire has some other cause, there is a chance the right equipment to out the fire out would be available. For the others, one would need four types available everywhere, which is unreasonable, and the idea that Fire Marshalls could identify the cause of the fire. The questions did require note taking throughout the course, which should be stated at the beginning. I scribbled a few things down, but basically did the test from memory.

Frustrating

I'm afraid I found this course frustrating as some of the same material is used in the Fire Awareness course. The course doesn't allow you to skip the sections that you have already sat through in the other course, which means you have to listen to the same content again. It would be great if the system recognised that you had already completed and passed a course that uses the same content and gave you the option to move onto the test.
