The course was really clear and easy to follow. The videos are broken down well and I like the summaries to reinforce and help retain information. I also like the fact you can dip in and out to complete in your own time.

This specific training session proves that FLOOR WARDEN's duties are not a bundle of 'tasks', some of which are routine and some of them are not routine. I am glad after watching the 40 mins video that it would be never obvious where the routine ends and the nor-routine begins... For me every member of our staff should watch this video at least twice a year prior to the planned evacuation drills at Post.
