Good informative training course creating a sound knowledge of Fire safety procedures
A clear and detailed description of fire causes, and effective responses, including fire extinguisher types and appropriate applications.
Enjoyable and easy to absorb the information. Clear and concise, with a well spoken narrator. Lots of useful resources and has made me feel much more confident about being a fire warden.

It's essential to try and stay calm, for your own safety as well as everyone elses.
A good introduction covering all the areas you need to consider. Provides enough to get on with the role straightaway. While also pointing to other tasks you will need to consider and undertake in due course.
Whilst a mandatory course it was delivered in a clear and well structured and well paced way.
