Delivered exactly what was needed without overwhelming the participant with lots of technical information

This was an interesting and engaging course which has equipped me with the knowledge I need to know in my new role as Fire Marshal.

Easy to follow with good presentation. A good insight regarding the role of fire wardens and their significance in the workplace. Good time to review fire risk assessment.

I have just completed the Fire Warden training and I found it useful. It covers the key things we should know quite well. The audio visual clips are clear and I particularly benefitted from the summary page after each topic. The fact that I could complete the training and could go back and forth, at my pace, easily and revise content before the test was helpful. Overall, I have benefitted from this course and I now know more about how to deal with fire emergencies and evacuation process, what to do and what not to do if/when there is a fire.

A really enjoyable, informative course.

The presenters have a clear and calm tone of voice therefore the information and instructions were easy to understand and remember.

course okay but video clips don't play to the end and a few of the questions are slightly misleading

found it interesting and learnt some new safety skills, feel more confident on what to do if or when an alarm is raised.
