A very enjoyable module.
Presenter needs a refresh, and the test is basic and doesnt cover important issues in the workplace, and is repetitive
Good balance between input and 'test ' of knowledge
I would like the facility & option to take this again to try & pass it without any failures.
Good course ,though some poorly worded questions
Very informative but maybe too much, it took me much longer than 40 minutes to watch the videos and read the summaries at the end to take in as much information as possible. The quiz questions to complete each section did not test the critical key knowledge to take away from the section and could have been used more often to break up the series of videos
Pretty short and sweet training. It has everything in there without spending too long on any one aspect. Good training as I did learn something new or at least got clarity on things. Well presented. All round a good training course.
The course is delivered in concise parts which makes it very easy to engage, assimilate and learn.
