I enjoyed the course.

The course was concise and to the point. It majored on the necessary information needed to perform the role of Fire Warden. Also, the graphics in the videos were clear and common sense. Following it's instructions gives rise to managing effectively, a safe evacuation. Policies and procedures are only as good as they are adhered to. I had to go back and review a couple of videos to jog my memory, but overall the test was not complicated, an easy format to follow. Thank you.

Easy and simple to follow

Quick and easy course that less than 3 hours to complete. Staff are thorough and supportive and happy to assist with any questions. Highly recommend.

Very good and a great refresher

A good reminder of the fire warden regulations, with visual examples.

5/5
clear and concise

The training was clear and concise and went over the pertinent points. The videos were good especially showing how to use the fire extinguishers.

Interesting and engaging

Quite brutal that your answers are taken for the tests as soon as you click - no time to think and submit! Maybe beneficial to customise for STEP for example where are our fire extinguishers, where are our exit options, where should we check for evacuation and where should we meet

A really informative course

I was really surprised at how good this course was. Although I have IOSH training and been on an in-person fire warden course before, I learnt at least a couple of things I didn't know previously like the stop-drop-roll technique and the responses to fire alarms. The illustrations and videos were really helpful.

comprehensive

In person hands on physical training would be the only improvement I could suggest.
