This was an impressively and reassuringly comprehensive explanation of a safety-critical role that covered technical and practical information in a helpfully straightforward and memorable manner - with additional background reading and reference materials to emphasise key learning points.

Full of good information but I did find wading through 58 slides of short length frustrating as I was on a dodgy internet and had to keep waiting for each slide to upload only to hear less than a minutes worth before having to upload yet another one. Is it that today young people have a shorter attention span?

Thank you for such a well informed structured and practical course combining essential knowledge and facts and applying them in such a way that they will make a real difference on the ground for both the prevention of fires and indeed the safe practices needed to deal with all relevant and practicle actions required in the case of a fire

Well worth completing the course. Whilst thorough, it also tackles all of the subject matter in a simple easy approach. I recommend to others to use whenever required.
