Having learnt this for a previous existance, it was good to update and refresh.
Covered a lot of information in a concise efficient way.
This was the best of the seven training sessions. good explanation
Despite the issues with the sound, i found this training to be a good all round refresher for fire safety awareness. In particular it was good to refresh myself on the different types of fire extinguishers and what they are used for.
A well planned course, delivered in a engaging way, short films instead of the long rambling courses of late.

The course requires curtailing when we should only require a refresher course once we have done the full course and not the full course all time, it should be broken down into a smaller course for a refresher, this course is time consuming. Maybe do the full course periodically?
