The information was presented in a clear way, the additional PDF materials were helpful
The course itself was highly informative, probably the best I've taken, with high-quality videos and clear, thorough explanations. I would have given it a 5-star rating, but the exam was quite disappointing. It wasn't "mis-click-proof," lacking a "submit your answer" button, which led to two unnecessary mistakes on my part. The first mistake happened because I didn't realise the first option I clicked would be submitted automatically, and the second was a simple mis-click that immediately went through without allowing me to correct it. I found it very bizarre.
I enjoyed doing the course online, easy to follow.
The course needs to be updated to reflect the changes in Scottish Fire and Rescue procedures for Non-Domestic premises ( July 2023) . i.e. the Fire Service will not attend if the alarm is activated unless it is confirmed that more than one smoke detector has been activated or a manual call point has been activated, or there is confirmed smoke or Fire. As a minimum it should guide Fire Wardens to differences in procedures between Fire services.
