Unlike face-to-face where the instructor may be rushing through you were able to stop and go back over something you had not quite grasped. I was apprehensive about not having the hands-on experience of using the extinguishers, but the way each one was presented was informative. I think it was the best overall training about fire I've had in 40 years.

The training was made simple and the use of demonstrations throughout the training made learning more effective.
Everything is explained clearly and without any confusing terms or acronyms. There is a lot to take in if you are new to the requirements, so I suggest taking time and reviewing each section as much as you need until your feel confident . The accompanying documents are well designed and informative
The courses should be broken down into smaller elements and staggered which aid learning and are easier to complete within the working day.
